At the meeting held on February 13, 2026, the residents of the complex made comments and suggestions, in particular:

1. Regarding changes in the cost of services

The residents drew attention to the significant increase in the cost of the complex management service and suggested that tariffs should be reviewed in a timely and regular manner, avoiding situations where they change abruptly and several times, which also negatively affects the financial condition of the management company.

In view of the above, Marine Symphony Management Company LLC decided to:

• introducing continuous monitoring of tariff components;
• regular analysis of their impact on the total cost of the service;
• timely revision of tariffs, if necessary, in compliance with the terms of the agreements on the procedure for making changes and approval of the updated calculation.

2. Regarding the staff units “painter” and “plasterer”

A question was raised about the presence of the positions of “painter” and “plasterer” in the staffing table and the actual scope of work performed by them.

We would like to inform you that due to the prolonged absence of candidates for the position of “janitor”, these vacancies remained open. During this period, the functions of janitors were actually performed by employees in the positions of “painter” and “plasterer”.

The approximate schedule of their work was as follows:

• cleaning and maintenance of the territory until lunchtime;
• in the afternoon, performing basic work in the specialty.

At the request of the employees, no entries were made in their labor books about working as a “janitor“, so their professions did not formally change.

Taking into account the comments of the residents, the management company decided to make appropriate changes to the staffing table and hire these employees as “janitors”.

3. View the calculation of services

Taking into account all the comments and suggestions of the residents, Management Company “Sea Symphony” LLC has recalculated the cost of managing the family recreation center located at the address:
м. Odesa, 2A Morekhodny lane, building 2A .

The updated calculation will come into force on March 1, 2026 and will be communicated to the owners in accordance with the procedure established by the agreement.

Please note that in connection with the adopted changes, the new Calculation has redistributed the section “Calculation of overhead costs” across various cost items, while the total amount of “Overhead costs” has not changed.
