Regarding changes in the cost of services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The residents drew attention to the <strong>significant increase in the cost of the complex management service<\/strong> and suggested that <strong>tariffs should be reviewed in a timely and regular<\/strong> manner, avoiding situations where they change abruptly and several times, which also negatively affects the financial condition of the management company.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In view of the above, <strong>Marine Symphony Management Company LLC<\/strong> decided to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>introducing <strong>continuous monitoring of<\/strong> tariff components;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>regular <strong>analysis of their impact<\/strong> on the total cost of the service;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>timely revision of tariffs<\/strong>, if necessary, in compliance with the terms of the agreements on the procedure for making changes and approval of the updated calculation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Regarding the staff units &#8220;painter&#8221; and &#8220;plasterer&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A question was raised about <strong>the presence of the positions of &#8220;painter&#8221; and &#8220;plasterer&#8221; in the staffing table and the actual scope of work performed by them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We would like to inform you that due to <strong>the prolonged absence of candidates for the position of &#8220;janitor&#8221;,<\/strong> these vacancies remained open. During this period, the functions of janitors were actually performed by employees in the positions of <strong>&#8220;painter&#8221; and &#8220;plasterer&#8221;.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The approximate schedule of their work was as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cleaning and maintenance of the territory until lunchtime;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in the afternoon, performing basic work in the specialty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the request of the employees, <strong>no entries were made<\/strong> in their labor books <strong>about working as a &#8220;janitor<\/strong>&#8220;, so their professions did not formally change.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taking into account the comments of the residents, <strong>the management company decided to make appropriate changes to the staffing table and hire these employees as &#8220;janitors&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. View the calculation of services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taking into account all the comments and suggestions of the residents, <strong>Management Company &#8220;Sea Symphony&#8221; LLC<\/strong> has recalculated <strong>the cost of managing the family recreation<\/strong> center located at the address:<br\/><strong>\u043c.
