February 2026)<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the constant and significant increase in the cost of energy (electricity, natural gas, water), as well as the increase in inflation, we consider it necessary to provide clarification on <strong>the impact of these factors on the formation of tariffs<\/strong>, namely<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>calculation of services for the management of a family health center;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>calculating the cost of heating services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>calculation of the cost of reimbursement for the consumed electricity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sea-symphony.od.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/informacziya-shhodo-vplyvu-zrostannya-vartosti-energonosiyiv.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Summary of impact information<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Analysis of the causes of rising heating costs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An analysis of the change in the cost of heating services shows that the rise in price was influenced by <strong>at least three key factors<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lower average daily outdoor temperatures<\/strong> than in the previous heating season.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rising energy costs<\/strong> (natural gas, electricity, water).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Significant heat loss due to an unclosed building heat circuit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While the Management Company has no influence on the first two factors, the <strong>third factor directly depends on the actions (or inaction) of individual owners of the premises<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In particular, in a number of rooms:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>there is no glazing of window openings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the tightness of the assembly seams has not been restored;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the foam was left unprotected, which led to the loss of its thermal insulation properties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no routine maintenance and adjustment of window structures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All this leads to <strong>significant heat loss<\/strong>, deterioration of living conditions and <strong>an increase in the total cost of heating the entire complex<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Appeal to co-owners<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this difficult period for the entire country <strong>, we urge all owners to take a responsible attitude<\/strong> and <strong>to be responsible<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>timely payment for services rendered;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preventing the accumulation of debt;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>understanding the need for stable financing of all life support systems of the complex.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We remind you that in the event of arrears, the Management Company is obliged to apply the measures provided for by law and the contract, including <strong>the accrual of inflationary losses, penalties and other sanctions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(July 2025 &#8211;
