{"id":1231,"date":"2025-12-15T15:24:20","date_gmt":"2025-12-15T13:24:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sea-symphony.od.ua\/draft-estimates-for-2026\/"},"modified":"2026-02-04T13:35:01","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T11:35:01","slug":"draft-estimates-for-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sea-symphony.od.ua\/en\/draft-estimates-for-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Report for 2024-25 and draft estimates for 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Good afternoon!<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dear owners of real estate in the Sea Symphony complex!<br\/>We are writing to you with a proposal to consider the draft Management Services Costing for 2026.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Together with the draft 2026 Calculation, we provide:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">a comparison table with the 2024 Estimates;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">reports of the management company for 2024 and 2025 on the services provided.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These reports were prepared on the basis of accounting data and are supported by relevant documents.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The rapid growth in the cost of goods, services and energy has led to a significant increase in the cost of management services.<br\/>The Draft 2026 Calculation is based on the October 2025 cost indicators (some of which may no longer be relevant) and may be adjusted in the event of significant changes before its approval and publication.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ask all of you to carefully review the draft 2026 Calculation and provide your suggestions and comments.<br\/>Deadline: 16:00 on December 15, 2025.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can provide your own vision:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">in writing through the receptionists or directly in the office No. 0112;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">electronically via chat or messengers.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that the draft Calculation for 2026 proposes to keep the same list of management services as in 2025.<br\/>We do not plan to recruit new employees during the martial law period.
